A literal dump. ABSOLUTELY NO OPPORTUNITY FOR ADVANCEMENT. No legitimate chemical respiratory protection. Management will absolutely not take any ideas or advice from experienced employees or recommendations towards safety related issues or process improvements. No direction. Typical glass plant politics with no vision.
Very great customer service and have been treated like family just like somone said and I highly suggest this company to anyone that loves to build telescopes 👍!
Great company to work for, though I am still months in they have treated me very well and there is plenty of room for growth. Very nice coworkers and the upper management is very nice as well great place for a career they take good care of you.
No one works here on purpose
Extremely unprofessional. You won't last if you aren't related to one of the old time families. I had never had coworkers who so obviously wanted me to fail. The unambitious seniors will force you out if you pose any kind of threat to their jobs. I only spoke English so I had a hard time communicating with many of my coworkers.
