Paid my credit collection for Telus with them may 5 2025 still hasn’t reported it to Telus. Continuing to ruin my credit as it has been paid. Does not answer the phone and no way to get it resolved
No response what so ever I contacted them multiple times through phone, left a voice mail, emailed, nothing.. after more than a year has passed from my account paid in full including all the interests, they reported my account as write off, on Equifax and Trans Union.
Absolute scam. Paid my Telus bill and proof was never submitted.

If I could leave zero stars I would trying to speak with the gentleman there is absolutely useless. I had paid off accounts back in June 2025 and according to the customers records payments were still being made between July and October 2025 I have attempted to call and email with no contact back very frustrating and disappointing and now wondering if I have to contact a lawyer myself to get his awareness
