If I could leave zero stars I would trying to speak with the gentleman there is absolutely useless. I had paid off accounts back in June 2025 and according to the customers records payments were still being made between July and October 2025 I have attempted to call and email with no contact back very frustrating and disappointing and now wondering if I have to contact a lawyer myself to get his awareness

Ah, United Legal Services – the paralegal firm that emails "10-day litigation notices" like it’s handing out flyers for a pizza deal. Imagine my surprise when I received a threatening legal notice via email (yes, email) over a Telus account I didn’t open, didn’t use, and frankly didn’t even recognize.
