In the 12+ years I have done business with this company, they have never failed to "manipulate" their gas delivery to best increase their profits. In one 3 month period (J F M), I paid them over $1400.00 for propane, and in (A), they turned around and billed me another $150.00 for "tank rental", because I ordered but they did not deliver gas until AFTER the start of the new year, even though I ordered it before the end of the year. We have used this company for 18 years. They have always provided great service. The only time there have been any extra fees has been if we requested next day delivery or if we ran below 10%. Each time they explained this ahead of time. Would recommend them to others.

I would strongly recommend against using them for your propane. They will add hidden fees to your bill by changing your contract terms without letting you know. Someone there named Bethany told me months ago that they would remove the fees from my account in order to get me to sign a new contract with them but then they never did it. I suppose they make a lot of money by adding hidden fees to your bill but who would want to keep their business with a company that acts in this manner.
