As a result of Ida, we had to get new kitchen cabinets. Juan came out to our appointment and we told him what we wanted. He said it would take about 3 weeks to build them and we should have everything in place within 4 weeks of the order so we ordered them. During the course of waiting for our cabinets, Juan was either getting confused with other orders or there was an unknown issue.
