I received rude customer service
Been trying to reach someone via email, chat, and for hours in the phone call queue with no answer. I sent in my new litter registration online 6 weeks ago and have tried multiple times to follow up with them to check the status since they were SO quick to take my payment and charge me for shipping as well. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get a response from someone with all the avenues I’ve gone down to try and get in touch with them. Poorly run, don’t follow their own rules, don’t prioritize conformation dog shows, and super slow to process paperwork. Things should be so much better than they are.
