United Jiu Jitsu specializes in teaching kids, teens and adults self-defense through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, American Taekwondo and Kickboxing. Our curriculum and class structure is designed to teach our students goal setting, focus, control and how to work together as a team. These skills among others, help UJJ students better themselves while having fun, staying fit and learning valuable techniques that will benefit them for a lifetime. We have classes for ages 3 and up.

Stan is the best. I've tried many gyms around the area and he breaks things down in a simple and easy to understand way. Phenomenal, plus learning lots of real-world self defense techniques.

The Professor (instructor) is the absolute best! His classes are structured, he is firm, but also fun. He explains complex moves in a way that’s easy for anyone to understand. It is clear that he cares about his students & is passionate about Jiu Jitsu. The classes are so worth while that we go across the cities 2x a week to attend. Highly recommended!!
