I've gone through Michael Shotkin for years. I had used some different agents in the past but he has been consistently there. He responds quickly to emails, calls, and texts, and has gotten me low rates and checks annually to see if the company I'm currently with is still the most affordable option. I'm not sure which agents the folks with negative reviews went to, but I personally have had nothing but good experiences with Michael. I believe I've been with him for a little over 7 years.

If i could use stars to Represent how dissatisfied I was with the overall treatment. They would get a full 5. I called at 6:00 when they close at 7 and the receptionist was rude as hell. Upon answering his response was "Hello." I had to verify that i did call the correct number regarding auto insurance. "We're closing soon make it fast" you close at 7 i need assistance.
