Unbelievable, when you call their main office it says operator unavailable and disconnects over and over. You have to know the name of someone to get through. I tried working with a chat person for an hour trying to get through yesterday.
I have been working with Nick Coats for several years. He handles all of our business insurance needs. He is quick to respond and goes above and beyond when issues arise. He is truly on our side. Would definitely recommend.
