After reading the reviews on here my jaw dropped. My husband and I purchased insurance via Novilla, I was in an accident a year ago and when I called Novilla to help me start my claim she was dismissive & cold. Gave me a phone number to contact my insurance company directly myself. Zero help. She has the personality of an open sore. Super friendly people, however while I was getting ready to pay for my quote- the prices kept going up and up and I wondered how could this keep happening? I asked for full coverage, which normally includes free towing, roadside assistance, rental... I had a few accidents but then it just felt like I was being scammed. 200 a month is a lot for insurance, especially when you're used to paying 100! :( and I dont even have renters... But hey, what can you do?
