Went in to get different hose attachments for pressure washer hose and they took the ones from hose, brand new and pulpit the ones I needed in, complete swap no charge, they even installed them! I never expected that and they were very nice

I purchased a used steam cleaner from United Industrial Equipment for our excavation company. Not only did they go through the entire machine prior to purchase as agreed, they went above and beyond by fixing items they came across in the process. Even further, the machine had a small issue after purchase and again, they went above and beyond. Great old fashioned service and great business to work with! Thank you UIE!
