HORRIBLE SERVICE! THEY HAVE RUINED WHAT REGINA USE TO HAVE! BILLING IS ABSOLUTELY RETARDED!
Never had a bad experience here at the ER. Took my daughter in for a few reasons, but staff was great with her. Kept her laughing and engaged. They also took time to explain options to me and gave me time to think it over. Quick to get in and out. Great experience all around
took care of lots of bleeding, felt like i was cared about and got me in fast even though i was unconscious, woke up to amazing nurses and doctors.
Good service and staff communicated well. Doctor and nursers were attentive and explained things clearly. No complaints. Only drawback is all the info you have to do before being seen, which seems to be the way it goes everywhere so that's the admin not the staff's fault. Like how is recording my employment status more important than my physical emergency?
