Some physical therapists are not very hands on & can be a little rude. But overall a great place to go for all your rehabilitation needs. The clinical director is amazing and he genuinely cares about his patients. He will sit down with you and answer any questions or concerns you may have. Highly recommend this place.
Some therapists are good and help you the best they can. Jason used to be a great therapist but he refused to treat me all because he said I didn't want him to treat me. I have a heart condition and sometimes I literally don't remember a lot of things I said. Sadly he refused to treat me and it breaks my heart
