This place needs shut down It’s not a hospital let alone emergency room go somewhere else you do not want your family member going here or any loved one
The absolute worst Er in the country. They don't care one bit how sick you are, they make you sit in the waiting room for hours on end. They don't move patients fast at all. Absolutely rude receptionists. Then if you ever do make it to the back they make you sit there for hours on end. They always take others before you then they leave you in a room for hours and hours. They don't care one bit, some nurses are rude.
If I could give a negative rating I definitely would. My son came in with an ankle injury from the trampoline park at 9pm while with his friends and their mother. I live 2 hours away, they did not take him back for X-rays until I had his insurance cards present . We remained in the er until 12pm without being seen. We had to leave the er and transport to a different er. And to note the nurse was snotty to my 13 year old and asked him why he didn’t take his sock off as soon as it happened.
If I could leave zero stars I would! Worst hospital I've ever been to. The staff is rude everytime I've been here. If you cant walk or sit dont expect to be seen. My dad has copd and cant walk very far without collapsing! He couldn't sit at the time and was laying in the car in need of help! The staff was going to try to help until another lady came out then argued with me that if I couldn't get him in there then they couldn't see him.
