If there was no stars, I’d choose that.
Incompetency at its finest. The doctor was great though. The support staff such as nurses all need retraining when it comes to dealing with complex situations because I saw a lot of unprofessional people trying to do jobs that they were poorly trained or it’s the bare minimum.
Went in there around 10:30pm last night for my boyfriend who was having severe chest pains, didn’t get out until 4:00am. Never even saw a doctor , the roads were getting bad and who wants to sit in discomfort for that long??? What really upsets me is there was a child who came in the same time we did with a high fever and they were never checked on or saw by a doctor. This child and her family just had to endure and suffer for 6 hours before they decided to leave as well. I try to be understanding, but do better. This is an ... read more
Understaffed and a consistent 2+ hour wait. Heaven forbid you have an actual emergency.
Horrible service. The wait is ridiculous. The entire point of the emergency room is for it to be quick. For someone to help you. Instead they leave you in the waiting room throwing up and embarrassing yourself while in pain and begging for help. Sorry theres other people in front of you. Ummm weve been here for hours. Most of the labs have come back. Whats taking so damn long. Good luck if you go here. There are not a lot of options and if you are dying might be more comfortable at home
