If I could leave zero stars I would! Worst hospital I've ever been to. The staff is rude everytime I've been here. If you cant walk or sit dont expect to be seen. My dad has copd and cant walk very far without collapsing! He couldn't sit at the time and was laying in the car in need of help! The staff was going to try to help until another lady came out then argued with me that if I couldn't get him in there then they couldn't see him. If there was no stars, I’d choose that.
Incompetency at its finest. The doctor was great though. The support staff such as nurses all need retraining when it comes to dealing with complex situations because I saw a lot of unprofessional people trying to do jobs that they were poorly trained or it’s the bare minimum.
Went in there around 10:30pm last night for my boyfriend who was having severe chest pains, didn’t get out until 4:00am. Never even saw a doctor , the roads were getting bad and who wants to sit in discomfort for that long??? What really upsets me is there was a child who came in the same time we did with a high fever and they were never checked on or saw by a doctor. This child and her family just had to endure and suffer for 6 hours before they decided to leave as well. I try to be understanding, but do better. This is an ... read more
