Granted my mom was only on Hospice for 2 days I was told that 2 weeks after she passed someone would reach out to check on you to see how you are doing. it's been 5 weeks and no one has. I have been struggling daily with this unbareable grief. Also their equipment vendor is HORRIBLE to communicate with and took them a week to pick up the items. I am not impressed with U items Hospice Service or their equipment vendor.

United Hospice Service came to our home 2 hours after being contacted. Elizabeth, RN stayed with us for 3 hours, monitoring my dying husband, instructed me & our family & provided kindness & comfort. Elizabeth was our angel. Everyone that i spoke with at hospice were patient, kind & provided instructions when contacted. United Hospice is a compassionate service & I highly recommend when needed.

My Father was cared for until his last day and most of the staff was incredibly caring and understanding. He passed away with dignity and peace and that was such a relief. Most of the volunteers were so sweet, albeit one could not read the room and overstayed her welcome when we wanted to connect with my Dad who would wake up periodically. But once we asked the staff to not allow her back, they were great about it.
