They do our hood exhaust cleaning at Bagel Oasis. They aré professionals. They have a list that they double check when they start and finish their work. They make sure belt of motor is in good order bad shape and notify us about it. They take pictures of before and after to insure work in complete properly. They also clean after themselves, hood is shining.
