Worst experience ever. Uniste Home Warranty is a complete scam. They lie, stop answering the phone after you file a claim, and never pay contractors. I had to pay the plumber myself because they refused to cover the cost. They just take your money and give the worst service. Avoid this company at all costs!
HORRIBLE DISHONEST COMPANY! THEY SEND “ notices of expiration “ of nonexistent plans DISGUISED AS COMING FROM MORTGAGE BANK! Since this is how they solicit, I can only imagine how horrible their service is!
Absolutely awful company. They used my phone number on a Lowe’s account and I’ve been getting spammed about other people’s orders for months. They also took over a month to fulfill one of my service requests. They have been more of a headache than helpful. AVOID!!
You won’t realize how bad this trash company is until you actually have to deal with them. They shouldn’t even be in business. Completely frustrating experience. I had issues with my AC unit, and all they did was give me the runaround. No real help, no follow-up—I ended up having to pay out of pocket to fix the problem myself. Don’t believe their promises. Total garbage company. Avoid at all costs.
My client has been without AC 5 days and counting. This warranty company that I referred my client to has been giving my client the runaround. Each day that passes they are living in 90 degree temperatures. I have tried reaching them and nothing. I don't recommend this company anymore. The tea.
