The gentleman was courteous and professional. He was genuinely concerned about doing what he could without over charging. Rather than performing replacement services and charging welk over $1k, he fixed the problem for $150. This will be my "go-to" chimney service company. I cannot recommend this man highly enough.

This is my third year using their chimney services, and I continue to be very satisfied with the quality of their work. The team is professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced in their field. Ron is especially great — he always does an amazing job. I’ll definitely continue using their services and plan to have them handle my vent cleaning as well.

The chimney service addressed visible soot. Internal wear or damage was not discussed. Communication during the visit was minimal. No future care guidance was provided. No documentation was shared. The service felt basic.
