As a disabled and bedbound individual, I'm troubled and beyond frustrated by care agencies like United that accept PCS contracts and then can not meet a client's needs with staff. Especially when I contacted United prior to the acceptance of my contract to ask if they'd have staff available in my area and was told they did?!
