As a disabled and bedbound individual, I'm troubled and beyond frustrated by care agencies like United that accept PCS contracts and then can not meet a client's needs with staff. My family and I are very pleased with United. I have been a client in the past. I remain on board, currently. Brianna and staff are very helpful, kind, and welcoming. I have one of the best caregivers from United. My caregiver and United demonstrates reliability, quality care, and dependability. I have no worries as a United client. I recommend this agency.

Very unprofessional there staff never shows up on time,they leave the residence before there hours are up only to come back when it's time to call in for check out,not just that the actual employer never comes around to see if there employees are at or doing there jobs. It's always a phone call. I advise if you love your people don't hire no one from this branch.
