Ridiculous unprofessional company. Every single year we have to call just to get our 1099-INT. They will only MAIL it out. Well, this year it was Feb 7, 2024 before the IRS 1099-INT was mailed.... per the date on the envelope. Are they not required to mail these out on or before Jan 31st? Why can we not download this info? Do they not have an IT department? This isn't the 1960's. So tired of having to contact them every single year just to request the needed to form so I can do my taxes.
Picked UH from my employers benefit package 5 months ago. UH refuses to cover me unless I answer a many page questionnaire. Once I answered the all of the questions, I received another letter with pages of questions to answer. My guest is that UH will continue to send me questionnaires, until I give up and refuse the coverage. Stay away.
