I had united heritage for 6 years no claims. I did have my roof looked at but never filed a claim or work done against it. Insurance canceled!!!
Honestly I never had problems here with their propert insurance and were very helpful when I had to finnaly use it and quick turn around sad to see they are stopping the property insurance side
Do not use them. Had their insurance for 10 years. No claim, no issues with my home. They decided to randomly drop me. Less than a 60 day notice.
Just like the other reviews, we have had this insurance company for almost 6 years. Only one inexpensive claim and paid them thousands a year for their Gold package. To receive a letter cancelling our coverage without a phone call to see if there is some other coverage they can help us with, they suggest we contact their affiliate insurance company. This is horrible customer service and I will be contacting all local lenders and asking them to not recommend this insurance company to new home owners.
