I chose to work with United Heritage Credit Union because of the excellent customer service I kept reading about, and my experience has more than confirmed that decision. Great experience with the staff here. They are very friendly and helpful. Able to answer all my questions and even very personable. Don't get that with online banks!
I’ve been going to these folks for years: and they’ve always treated me wonderfully. John and Emily are awesome: with John noticing that I rode my bike to their bank on a hot day and making sure I knew that they had water if needed, and Emily just being quick, pleasant, and kind in processing my business: it’s that type of just plain human treatment that is too often lacking in other establishments that makes me very happy to be a member of their bank. I decided to support a smaller, more local bank believing the service might be better than all of these national bank chains. I WOW WAS I WRONG!!!! I have several accounts with UHCU, all of which I will be closing and banking somewhere else. UHCU’s employees are terribly trained and misinformed resulting in mistakes being corrected on the customer’s time and money. Please don’t do business here I recently had a transaction with the auto loan department where a 3rd party made a payment to payoff a loan and this 3rd party reverse the transaction and I got left with no car and with a loan and all the bank says this stuff happens and that’s not there responsibility!! Horrible experience
