I've been a member of UHCU for several years now, but only recently had I decided to use their drive through physical cash deposit feature. I had been having a rough day, and had arrived at the bank just past 5 o'clock, which had only added to my frustration. Hands down, Jocelyn M. is one of the best reps I've ever encountered! UHCU has an asset working for them. She has singlehandedly made working with UHCU the best experience I've ever had with any bank. There is nothing UHCU doesn't have that would lead me to considering going elsewhere.
