I am moving my finances out of UHCU, specifically because of Belinda in the loan department. I can fully understand needing to talk to me in order to get more details on a loan request. But beyond that, I requested to have everything else from there handled digitally and she refused. Just got my 10th loan from UHCU and Christina Rosas. She is amazing and why I keep coming back. I've been with them for over 10yrs and tried to build my credit. I told them some random letter did a credit check, and it dripped my credit from 631 to 586. I asked for $1k, and the money would just sit in the account until it was due, and I'd pay it back, a technique to boost your credit. They checked my credit and dropped it even further on my other 2 credits it's 631. Now, I have a 586 602 and a 631. I am homeless. I have 4 clients in 3 states... and now I have to work harder!!! I've banked here a number of years. Yes, we expect to have to wait when we do transactions. Like a lot of businesses, staff is light, especially after covid. I have had to have 2 different auto loans due to an uninsured driver totaling my car and a year later a deer totaling my truck.
