Always have great service when I need to go in to the branch. They are easy to do business with. Auto and home refi loan rates are usually much better than the others.
I have a mortgage with UHCU. I'm trying to make a payment today. However, their online services aren't currently accepting payments (per an error message on my account). The automated phone system has transferred me four times, until I got through to a human. That human operator then needed to transfer me to a different department to take my payment. Horrific customer service, no privacy when dealing with confidential information, was attending to an issues with my account and was trying to deal with the teller over the video phone , when the receptionist began discussing my information with a customer, avoid this location no security or privacy.
