Worst bank ever! I have been a member of this bank for my checking account for 15 years. Never had an issue until we opened an auto loan with them. They have the worst customer service ever. They make numerous threats and block our account from any access. That can’t be right! I don’t recommend this bank to anyone for any reason personal checking or loan! When we try to call to settle any issue they just lecture us then hang up on us.
Jason is stupid and a liar , was told my account WOULD NOT be charged a return fee for a check and still was, hire people who don’t give false information and don’t sound like they are about to go into cardiac arrest over the phone
