Called United Sunday evening when AC went out for Emergency Service. Got a call a few hours later from a tech that said they were too busy to come out tonight. Hoping this 2 year old system would be an easy fix I called a different company out. They identified that it was the compressor, so since it’s under warranty I have to use United to replace. United Heating and Cooling To all my friends see what a horrible company they are. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.. PLEASE READ BELOW: Do not use the company for any service work. My mother in law paid United Heating and Cooling $400 the beginning of this year for them to do service work on both of their AC units since they do live in an town home/condominium.
