Mark was trustworthy and fantastic to work with. He was transparent with all the pricing and the value was great. Thomas and Justin were our technicians and they were very nice, sweet to my pup, Snickers, and did things in a timely, efficient and professional manner. They were respectful and professional with my home and did a fantastic job. He took the time to show me what they did and things to keep in mind for down the road. I would highly recommend them. Trustworthy, nice, good people!

Great experience. -we needed an ASAP appointment due to the dogs we have, and they scheduled us for next day. -Steven B was our technician and he arrived early relative to scheduled time. -Steven was professional, knowledgeable, and explained to us what was happening and why (functionally, in a great way for two people without HVAC know-how). Most importantly, the problem was fixed!

They provide an "emergency number" to call but it seems that no one answers it when needed.

We recently experienced the misfortune of our furnace’s demise. We called for a technician to come out on a Sunday and we had the pleasure of meeting Poney. He diagnosed the problem within minutes of arriving. He was able to get the furnace running temporarily for us. We decided it was time to invest in a new heating and cooling system. The new furnace, air conditioner, and steam humidifier were installed today by three very knowledgeable and polite technicians. UH&C has been out to the house a couple of times this week. I am taking care of my mom who has Alzheimer's and the other day the heat was off so I called UH&C and they set an appointment for someone to come out. The weather has been so back and forth that I thought I really didn't need them to come out so I called back to cancel. The girl on the phone reminded me that if the furnace motor is out the AC won't work either. That was the best information she could have given me.
