The tech was professional, quick, and efficient He explained the issue, he sorted out and I'm good to go. I would recommend going to them if you have any heat and air issues.

They work for the Home Warranty company Cinch, they don't work for you and just want to make as much money off you as possible.
Had a great experience with United. They communicated their arrival via text and email, notifying me when a technician was headed to my house. Charlie was my technician: friendly, punctual, and knowledgeable. He diagnosed the issue and placed an order for a new blower fan and motor for my furnace. When the parts arrived a couple days later, United contacted me to schedule the follow up appointment via text and email. Charlie came back out and installed the new parts in about an hour. Had Matt install a new AC unit in May of 2022. It broke a few days later. He came back to give it a temporary fix and promised he would return as soon as the part had arrived. It’s now October of 2023 and he has yet to return after many assurances to my wife that he would. Our unit still is not finished properly. Pay someone to do a job and they won’t come back and fix it properly. Would not recommend to anyone.
