The front desk receptionists should remember what profession they chose, and realize they don’t know everything on the medical side. To not be so nasty on the phone, Maybe to humble themselves every now and then wouldn’t hurt. Heads up also just keep in mind, no matter what time you show up for your appointment.. just know there’s a possibility you’ll wait 45 minutes then another 30 in the room before you’re seen. Other than that, most of the providers listen and help the best they can!

Not the best, always takes forever to get in & the chairs in the waiting room are all next to each other, not six feet appart or blocked off or anything
