I was having pretty harsh flu symptoms, and my Continental Assist Travel Insurance sent me to this clinic. I took Uber there, though I forgot my sweatpants and hoodie. I got there around 4PM on a Monday afternnoon, and I was seen pretty quickly in the Emergency Room. Even though Continental Assist said they sent my information ahead, I was still made to fill out two other forms, which had redundant and frankly confusing fields... most of the fields should have already had my information.
