Very rude. Refused to do x-ray even with a clear prescription for it. Terrible place. Avoid like the plague.
I went here for an ultrasound last week. Front staff were helpful and courteous. I was brought into the room by a very friendly intern who started the procedure. She was kind, gentle and made me feel comfortable. However, within 10 minutes time the technician barged in and started yelling at the poor intern. The worst radiology office ever to exist. Front desk has no courtesy no respect or care for patients. 100% would not recommend this location.
Very disappointing experience. Lots of people, including myself, walked in this morning only to find out that the technician had called out sick and there was no one available to perform X-rays. Extremely inconvenient, especially for patients who took the time to come in expecting service. What made the experience worse was the attitude at the front desk.
