Since the Optum has taken this organization, things are falling apart. They show their work hours on the window fron 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. But I see it’s closed ilbefore 5:00 pm. Everything is messed up
Management should read their reviews. So disgusting they can't even fix their phone call for appointment. I will advise my doctor not to recommend this place again.
X-ray technician is actually the rudest person ever. He to my mom and I so condescendingly the entire time for no reason. Also what medical office does X-rays starting 6pm??
This place is made up of rude people.They are unprofessional.I came for a walk in the tell me my referral from my doctor didn't state exactly what should be fone.Ok, I sent another referral spoke to someone .They said it's good and scheduled an appointment.When I got there they tell me oh no this referral doesn't state exactly what to do .I said really this does and I am getting the extra.
