This seems to be nothing but a scam they make all kinds of promises before you sign with them then after you sign that means nothing like that you card thing it's a scam and it does not exist you're better off going to a different insurance company or like I did start checking into filing charges against them

The address is a lie.. I was just there. If you drive to this address that they have listed the people there have never heard of United healthcare being there...
