It is the constant phone calls. I have documentation to show phone numbers that called me. Name of caller. I have told repeatedly I already have insurance. I am gonna publish this information to authorities and file lawsuit.
Tinny was so professional, helpful, and patient. He has excellent customer service skills. I will recommend Tinny in the future to anyone that I know that is in need of an insurance agent. He is fantastic!
They offered health incentives when you sign up, but they procrastinate in honoring their promise. I had annual physical done 3 months ago. I was supposed to get a reward ($450) within 6 weeks, but I never got it. When I call them they refer me to another party (Rally) and Rally refers me back to UHC. I spent several hours in the last 6 weeks calling them at no avail. Yesterday, I spent 73 minutes on the phone with UHC and at the end they again referred me to Rally. It started to give me stress.
