called the 800 number I received in the mail to compare medicare programs. horrible system! could not get through the AI answering ssystem nor could I get a functional call back. if this is what they are offering i am not interested in doing business with them! They called me back and it is still a horrible system and could not get to speak with anyone. I am currently with Humana and will not consider switching to United Health care. Alan Levis
