It's hard to get someone on the phone, but they do call back in a timely manner. The agents are friendly. We had an issue in which the auto pay was not working and they didn't let us know. Our policy was cancelled. We started a new policy with a lower rate, but since our policy lapsed, it's now more expensive than what we were originally paying. We did get it all worked out and our premium should drop again soon.
