Was left a voice msg so i called UHC ended up a scam number waited 15mins to told that i wanted to talk to a real person not AI and waited to take the survey but was disconnected I AM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!!!!!
I wish to United healthcare three months ago and I’ve been having problems with getting Transportation for the last three months. The first two times they have made me disappointment and now they left me stranded at Riverside Hospital and I had to ride my wheelchair all the way home and now they’ve blocked me from any other rides because they did not take care of me in the first place instead of being business like they’ve decided to block me from being able to get to my appointment very unprofessional.
