We were trying to get help from one of UHC’s so-called customer service people. They were utterly unhelpful, not listening, constantly interrupting, incorrectly repeating back to us what we said to them, disrespectful, and accusatory. UHC’s product in this regard is a disgrace. Zero stars.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Christine to sort out my United Healthcare insurance. She is such a sweet lady and truly goes above and beyond.
