UNH is terrible I had there ins for over 10 years I am presently on hold for the last half hour with someone in China and my previous call I held on for 1 hour before I hung up terrible service it's like my conversation has to go through translation before a response
We were trying to get help from one of UHC’s so-called customer service people. They were utterly unhelpful, not listening, constantly interrupting, incorrectly repeating back to us what we said to them, disrespectful, and accusatory. UHC’s product in this regard is a disgrace. Zero stars.
