Worst customer service EVER. Someone in India who could barely speak English told me to report my problem in a couple of weeks! These people are so stupid they can't do anything.

Regardless of what they say, none of the Medicare plans allow you to see any doctor, I was just turned down about 2 doctors I wanted to see but since they were not in network I couldn’t though I was told the plan I had covered all doctors, what a fraudulent advertisement 😝 Also, if you call tec assistance and they don’t like what you say. They won’t hang up allowing you to do the call survey really sad.
The worst customer service ever. They keep transferring your call to different departments because no one knows what they are doing. Go with any other company. Not this one
