Every time I go shopping for my mother there card never works so it costs me money every month this poor excuse of a company ought to be put out of bussiness
We cancelled our group policy with them nearly a month ago now for our business. We got mailed new insurance cards months later, called in to confirm it was cancelled and were assured we hadn't been billed so all was okay...then AFTER that, instead of confirming the cancellation, I swear, we no kidding started getting invoices instead. Now, in December of 2024, they say they've chosen to cancel our non-existent policy due to non-payment and are threatening collections...for a policy we elected to cancel ourselves months ago.... read more
