Worst insurance you can have.
United healthcare bad health insurance to choose from my employer right when you trying to get something done with my lower back they refused to pay my emergency visit I do wish this health insurance just shut down completely what’s point paying them you get denied start robbing people out there pockets
United Healthcare is THE worst healthcare provider ever! They do everything they can to NOT pay for services! They will push the envelope on just barely legal practices, and intentionally make communication difficult! And I work with auths for The Medicare supplement plans-and they are worse than the commercial plan! RUN FAR AWAY from this company! I would give less than one star if i could!!😡
For some reason I'm not being allowed to access my account I have contacted customer service 5 times and no help whatsoever from their employees just playing games and giving me the run around I will be filing a complaint with Medicare against this company plus I've been getting bills that are supposed to be covered under their insurance and there is a lot of red tape when you try to use dental benefits on top of that they wont even cover my asthma inhaler
Not sure what's going on with UHC I cant access my account and I keep getting the runaround from customer service , after an hour of BS on the phone and live chat I'm dropping this insurance and would advise anyone to avoid this company I was also getting bills I thought were covered under the medicare plan, bills I cant afford, they also give excuses and limit what you can buy from OTC this company was great till January 2025 maybe cut your costs and get rid of OTC ?????
