The Dental Plan is the absolute worst, in my opinion. Every time I had to call, there was a language barrier with at least two representatives and they all gave different information. United Healthcare took over local 237 Dental plan from HealthPlex effective 1/1/24. They explained my benefits with them started then. So why did they deny payment for a March 2024 Xrays? United health care committed a fraud. The company refused to pay for cleaning because they believe I did cleaning less than 6 months last year. Las year is not valid. I did cleaning this year. Is a new plan.
