I used to really like United Healthcare. After they reduced my benefits without notice on January 1, and I know part of that had to do with the federal government and Trump regime, they assured me that by filling out a particular form my cash benefit would be reinstated along with getting backpay. By far the worst insurance I've ever had. When i call the number on the back of the card for referrals the referrals they give me are often inaccurate, some turn out to not even be in-network. Some of the customer service team isn't even based in America so they are even more clueless.
Fight for free universal healthcare.
The Dental Plan is the absolute worst, in my opinion. Every time I had to call, there was a language barrier with at least two representatives and they all gave different information. United Healthcare took over local 237 Dental plan from HealthPlex effective 1/1/24. They explained my benefits with them started then. So why did they deny payment for a March 2024 Xrays?
