The Dental Plan is the absolute worst, in my opinion. Every time I had to call, there was a language barrier with at least two representatives and they all gave different information. United Healthcare took over local 237 Dental plan from HealthPlex effective 1/1/24. They explained my benefits with them started then. So why did they deny payment for a March 2024 Xrays? United health care committed a fraud. The company refused to pay for cleaning because they believe I did cleaning less than 6 months last year. Las year is not valid. I did cleaning this year. Is a new plan.

Keeping my cash a office visite is not covered nots from doctor all they do is push thing out so you go away and they dont have to pay
Have been going back and forth for cat scan approval for 2 months. Will not approve. Now need to drop them in order to try to receive care. Disappointing they had a good reputation for a long time.
