Terrible customer service, the agents there do not want to speak with anyone. They just want to hang up or transfer you else where. The phone number listed it's not correct
Worst health insurance out there. Terrible customer service. Moved out of state so trying to cancel and they say the only way is to write a letter or send a fax. Such a scummy company
