Very very bad. Case workers are very very bad case managers are not good especially here where I'm at. Five stars out zero stars for them need more better help.

It appears this health insurance company is now a complete scam. Every order my doctor gives to ensure my health, is declined as unnecessary, often without even reviewing the medical record as they contradict it in their denial letters. The real kicker, we are business owners who have offered this fake product to our staff, who also cannot receive Healthcare. Our employees with no insurance see their doctors faster, and pay less out of pocket for every form of Healthcare than those of us enrolled with this terrible company. ... read more

Terrible insurance company, the "U-Card is a complete rip-off, the few items, that the cards include under "healthy foods", is nothing but "Un-Healthy" GMO garbage like high fat content of garbage chili. On the website, under Walmart, they list giant sizes of Life cereal, and Walmart, does NOT even carry, it and most of the products, on their website, WALMART does NOT carry, so you end up, if say, you have a $189 USave card allowance, you are lucky to even get to spend $20. Worse insurance you could ever have, they cover nothing at all, but charge you for everything, thank goodness I’m a few weeks away from being able to change my insurance

I'll die because they delay simple scans with bs excuses blaming the doctors offices or the imaging offices. Why or how the government allows this, I will never understand.
