I would like to speak to Gene Freeman and HIS staff... I've been to another United healthcare facility located on Google maps and no one could be found. This is looking more and more like a scam! Be vigilant and look for other healthcare although for many this is their only option. Check my pictures... And my other posts at United healthcare "facilities" on Google maps in little rock area.
