Here because of the TikTok video of you trying to deny services to a cancer patient. I definitely will be looking elsewhere where for insurance
Disgusting company
United is by far the worst insurance I have worked with. You pay over $1200 a month for your family then United allows the hospital to charge you 20-30x the Medicare fee schedule for simple lab work. I was charged $216.00 for a CBC blood test. The max Medicare with reimburse this test is $7.77. So I get punished for having not yet met my deductible and have to wayyyyy more than insurance would ever pay for labs. My company will 100% be leaving at the end of the year.
Insurance may as well be an open wallet to those "nonprofit" hospitals. Prices are inflated far beyond market rate. Is it any wonder providers try to bluff you into paying with insurance-- they can charge more money that way! It is all a racket and the person getting shafted is the responsible citizen!!! Whoever is negotiating prices ... Do your job!
