After an exam from dentist I was giving a perscription for antibiotics with no return date or a follow up call, , antibiotics ran out days ago smh,doesn't even deserve one star

I don't wanna continue with United Healthcare Rx because I was denied annually all the time with medication until I will be hitting approval to get the surgery called CYCLOPHOTOCOAGULATION to lower my eye pressure so I will be unable to take the medications such as eyedrops anymore.
