I am unable to access what providers will be in network as of January 1st online. I need to find new providers for my whole family due to changes in who United has in their net work. When I call the number listed above for assistance I only get a busy signal.
I don't have the words to describe the burning hate I have for this loathsome company.
tried for 6 hours to get just a NAME of a "designated network provider" for a CT scan. They sent me to something like 25 providers and NONE OF THEM do CT scans. That means even after reaching my deductible i have to pay 20% coinsurance because they dont have a designated provider. what a scam - all they care about is MONEY and they are happy to let you die
This company is awful! Every claim that has been submitted for my family has been denied first then have to fight to get ahold of someone to find out why and for it to be corrected. Spent so much time on the phone. One of the issues was my daughter broke her arm. Received EOB, not covered because doctor is not in network. Doctor is in the largest facility in West Michigan which is in network and was verified as being in network. They will do anything and everything to not pay your claims!! Will never use them again!
