Muy mal , tenia un appointment a las 7:30 y No hay nadie en toda la zona , llamas por teléfono y no sale nadie.
Had a 8pm appointment, was told to be there 7:30 PM , I arrived 7:10, waited outside ,and no one was in the building or ever came. At 9 PM I went home. It cost me $30 on uber. I'm highly disappointed by their lack of professionalism. I didn't want to even give one star
Customer service is really bad, but this company is worse. You lost a client and probably every time I can, I will just going to inform others about your bad service and negligent medical conduct. I try to realize a sleep study with your company and from 3 times I tried, never worked the machine. The technicians just collected and now without a properly done study, I receive an invoice claiming a payment without a "diagnostic''.
