As somebody else stated, their website and app are usually broken. Their billing / automatic claims denial departments will likely start by denying to pay your claims. (Or your "deductible" is so high that you essentially don't even have insurance--even though you pay for it--unless you get extremely sick or injured.) Disgraceful
I've partnered with relatives to assist them in choosing plans that fit their needs. Over the past several years UnitedHealthcare has been phenomenal and their plans always fit their dual complete plans more than any other insurance provider! I can't speak for other plans, but if you or a family member are looking for a medicare/medicaid plan, this should be your first stop!
