This review is for Optum RX in Lisle IL/ Downers Grove IL. who are through united health group. I worked for this company through a temp agency, and that was a huge mistake. We as temps were lied to by the trainers, supervisors, and managers. Training was a joke, we were brain washed by one trainer she had our hopes so high saying we'd be permanent employees etc. what a lie of many she told.
