My partner and I always have a great experience at United Health Centers. Dr. Gerald is really kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. He’s professional but also makes us feel comfortable, and we’re so happy to have him as our doctor. I don't know what happened to this clinic, but from the weird AI receptionist, to none of the doctors being able to do their jobs in Dr. Han's abscence, nor the medical assistant staff, I am surprised the clinic has not been closed down.
This clinic is very helpful in every way. It's very clean and you get to see your doctor right on time. Punctual and very little wait times. Very nice people here too. My doctor listens and then reacts to the situation. Very efficient to be sure. Every one is polite, kind, well-mannered and attentive to your problem and solves things very quickly.
I was very impressed with the after hours service I got from the Ai that answered the phone!!! ‘She’ cancelled my appt for tomorrow and rebooked it for Monday. Appropriately interacted. Great job!
