I am happy that the clinic got two other Doctors, Doctor Gerald is a friendly, attentive doctor who listens to their patients needs and concerns. Doctor William Han, although is a different matter. Doctor Han was my GP for 2 years, and it was a basically a farce everytime going to see him. Wait times of over 2 hours each visit, Dr. Han would come in the room briefly with his phone, and then Dr. Mei would show upon the phone, if she wasn’t in the clinic, and would be the one doing all the legwork for Dr. Han as he too busy go... read more
My partner and I always have a great experience at United Health Centers. Dr. Gerald is really kind, friendly, and easy to talk to. He’s professional but also makes us feel comfortable, and we’re so happy to have him as our doctor. The reception team is super friendly, helpful, and easygoing, and the pharmacists are always welcoming with a smile. The clinic has a comfortable environment that makes people feel calm. I don't know what happened to this clinic, but from the weird AI receptionist, to none of the doctors being able to do their jobs in Dr. Han's abscence, nor the medical assistant staff, I am surprised the clinic has not been closed down.
