Went in to have a filling put in and they didn’t want to do it due my blood pressure being high. I asked them to do it any way I will sign a form stating they can and the “doctor” said no. Also asked to do it without the medication and was told no again. Place is a joke. Never will I becoming to this “publicly funded” mess…if you don’t want to do your job, then don’t show up on a Saturday!

There's a lot of phone tag going on in this company but you do eventually get to the right department like after 5 transfers and explanation. By then the whole clinic knows why you are calling before you even make an appointment or talk to the DR.

Horrible experience here! I went in with a lot of pain, needed and extraction and doctor did not care one bit. They told me to come back the following week because they get limited time with each patient. I understand that but when it’s an emergency like this that’s just not ok. Didn’t seem to care one bit that I was in so much pain. They also told me that I didn’t have an infection and that I did not need antibiotics but when I saw a new dentist the next day they told me I had a bad infection which makes since with the amou... read more

Be prepared to wait more than an hour to be called and have your appointment moved to later times without a warning for dental services. More than three receptionist and non had the courtesy to say they moved my appointment to 45 minutes later still had to wait longer than that.
